Charles Morphy D. Santos is a biologist, PhD in Entomology (Universidade de São Paulo, Brazil), and Professor at the Universidade Federal do ABC (Santo André, Brazil), where he coordinates the Laboratory of Systematics & Diversity. He is mainly interested in evolution, taxonomy, systematics and historical biogeography of Diptera and other Insecta, as well as history and phylosophy of evolutionary theory.
Max M. Fuhlendorf is a graduate student currently enrolled at UFABC's Evolution and Diversity doctoral program, working at the Laboratory of Systematics & Diversity. With a diverse background, he has undergraduate degrees in computer sciences, filmmaking and biology, and interests ranging from evolutionary ecology to wildlife photography.
